Components
Our unique profiles allow you to build a bag filter without any additional material (screws, glue, sewing). The connection of the bags with two equal profiles is ensured by the crimp procedure. The profile is protected by the Patent EP 1579904 B1. It is already known and being used world wide under the name BIENIEK-SYSTEM. The frame and side jam profiles are coordinated perfectly and create a seemless construction for bag filters of any size. Since November new profiles with improved rigidity useable for almost any filter material strength have been introduced.
Characteristics

Production Process
The production process is very simple and can be established in a short amount of time in any company.

1. Crimping of the bags with the jamming profiles (Crimp press)
During this procedure the filter bags are crimped with the plastic jamming profiles using the pneumatic crimp press. This way the components are connected irreversibly to each other. They are not only serving as a function between the filter bags but also as a stable suspension for the headplate. This unique connection technique is new and protected by a patent
2. Connecting the frame components (manual, assembly table)
In this step the frame is assembled using the frame profiles and edges and positioned on the assembly table. There is no need for excipients.
3. Hanging the bags into the frame (manual, assembly table)
The ready made bags from the first assembly process are hung in the frame on the assembly table and aligned for the jamming process.
4. Jamming of the bags in the frame (pneumatic hand tool, assembly table)
The filter material is jammed into the frame profiles by the help of the side jamming profiles. During this the construction the is extremely rigidified by the backcutts in the profiles.
